Weekend Polish and More

Just polish, many small bug fixes, and a some enhancements for everyday use.

Release note

Work with outside partners

  • Bring a partner onto a single project. Invite another Watson workspace, whether a freelancer or a partner studio, to help on one project. They see and work on that project only, and the rest of your workspace stays private.

  • Connect with a link. Share your workspace link to connect with partners in your Network, even if you don’t have a custom domain.

  • Your client relationships stay yours. Partners only see the project work they’re helping with.

  • Picking up an older invite? Just request access. A workspace owner can let you in with one click.

Plan projects with confidence

  • Your project dates stay put. If a task or milestone falls outside your project’s timeline, Watson lets you know and offers to extend it, so nothing moves without you.

  • Project banners and client sign-off are easier to see and manage.

Stay on top of your work

  • Set priorities on tasks, right where you work.

  • My Priorities shows all your open work, with finished items at the bottom and a quick filter by project.

  • Creating a task from inside a project now adds it to that project automatically.

  • Linking client requests to projects is simpler, and only shows the projects you can use.

Clients

  • Archive a client when the work wraps up, without affecting anyone else who works with them.

  • Choose a main contact for each client.

  • Client pages bring together updates from all your projects in one place, starting on a new Overview tab.

Everyday improvements

  • Page titles you set are saved after finished typing.

  • File menus only show the actions you can take.

  • A clearer message if a password reset code doesn’t work.

  • Improved partner dashboards.

  • Updated Help Center guides and a friendlier welcome for new sign-ups.

  • Plus lots of small fixes and polish.
