Patch Day
The 24hr of Watson brought helpful reports from the people using it.
Edit a Client’s name, domain, and notes from their detail page. Your changes stay in your Workspace.
View Portal now lets you choose which contact to preview.
Edit Client no longer appears when you cannot save changes. If a save fails, the message explains what went wrong.
Client invitations and verification emails now use email.clients.tool as their domain.
Client invitations show when an email is queued, accepted for sending, failed, or blocked by email preferences. If no sending status is available, the invitation no longer stays labelled queued. You can still copy the invitation link.
Retry sign-up if your verification email fails. Watson reuses your unverified account instead of rejecting the retry as a duplicate.
Portal sign-up, sign-in, password recovery, and invitation errors now use clearer messages.
Error messages explain when a deadline is too early, a Blocker is incomplete, a Stage name is already in use, or a Resource needs a Project before its visibility can change.
Set Stage durations in days, weeks, or months. Switching units keeps the number you entered and updates the schedule and deadline warning.
Next: Build now stops and shows an error if a Stage duration is blank, zero, negative, or not a whole number.
Attach new Action Items or link existing ones to accepted Requests. This now works for Staff, too.
Fixed a bug that allowed an Action Item to be linked to another agency’s Request.
Fixed blocked deadline and priority changes on Action Items you could otherwise edit.
Open General settings even when you cannot change them. Settings you cannot change stay disabled.
The Share dialog no longer offers changes it cannot save, such as removing a Workspace Owner.
Files now shows Pages alongside uploaded files. A Page without a Project offers only Private and Team visibility. A Page linked to a Project also offers Internal and Shared.
Add to Project no longer offers Projects that would reject the file or Page you are adding.
See more no longer flickers on comments with images or attachments.
New profile photos appear immediately after upload. Portal profile settings also have corrected spacing.
Ops Waitlist pages now load correctly when an entry has synced email contact data.
Marketing signup forms now use the same waitlist rules. Signing up for public emails preserves your choices for private email topics.
